First login to your Tour Factory account.

1. Click on the go button under "let us build you a virtual tour.", or “we build” box (the guys face).

 

2. Put in the zip code of the listing you want to shoot. (Be sure to use the same zip code you used in your MLS). Then click “NEXT”

 

3. Click on the custom package in the red tab on the right. Then choose what you would like for to tour. (Basic photo order consists of six Panorama’s and 12 still photos).  If you choose text writing services Tour Factory will write some text on some of your pictures, there will be a step later for you to put in certain characteristics about each room. The realtor.com link box should be checked if it says $0.00.  This means you are a showcase member, and that it has recognized that.  If you're not a showcase member and would like to purchase the realtor.com for $24.95, then check it. If you are a showcase member and it still says $24.95.  Then uncheck it and we will add it later.  There is no need to order anything else at this time, except for the professional audio.  Then click “order package”

 

4. Click on the “use of this photographer of button”, under the photographer you would like to use.

 

5. Then put in your listing information, if you don't have an MLS number yet, it can be added later.  But don't forget to do so, it is the agent’s responsibility to make sure it gets added later. Make sure you put in the address correctly.  This is how the photographer will find your listing.  Any other information on this page can be added now or later.  Then click next.

 

6. In step six.  Do not change your e-mail at this point.  Just click next.

 

7. In step seven.  You can put in that information about each room, if you ordered the text. You can fill out as much information as you like, or just let them write the text.  If you did not order the text, you will not see step seven.  You'll go right to step eight

 

8. Step they will show you what you ordered and how much it's going to cost.  Now a little further down, you will see a box that says special instructions.  You can type messages in there for the photographer or Tour Factory.  When you would like the photography to take place or any other concerns.  (If you are using an office account be sure to put in the agent's name and phone number.)  Below that are your payment options.  Credit card, existing credit card, and so forth.  If you choose to mail a check, the check must reach Tour Factory before the tour can be activated.  Then click submit order.

 

9. The next page will let you print out a receipt, order and other tour, or go back to your Tour Factory account.

 

At this point, I encourage you to then go to the tour, fill out your “features” page and your “amenities” page.  This way when the tour is activated, it has this information already in it.

 

You will receive a phone call within 24 hours from your photographer to make an appointment.
